Set 1 Readings are the set of readings used in the Holy Qurbana , prepared in accordance with the decision of the Synod of the Syro-Malabar Bishops held in November 6 – 18, 1995.
Set 2 Readings, published ad experimentum as the second set of readings for the liturgical celebration, based on the decision of the Syro-Malabar Bishops’ Synod held in January 2021. These readings are used with the New Qurbana, which started on November 28, 2021 (Ekikrutha roopathilulla Qurbana).

Set 1 and Set 2 readings are switched each year. If Set 1 readings are used this year, it will be Set 2 next year.
